How do I change my email and/or password for my Profile?

To change the email address or password on your CCLI Profile:

  1. Sign in to your CCLI Profile.
  2. Select "My Information" under "USER" in the menu in the left hand column
  3. Within the "My Information" page you can change your password, add and remove email addresses. Keep in mind that your Primary email address for your profile will receive the password “reset” notice. Follow the instructions on the email you receive. If your old email address is no longer valid, please delete it once you've added your new address to the profile

Changing your email address and/or your password will automatically change it for all other CCLI applications (i.e. SongSelect® and Online Reporting).
