What acknowledgements for my licenses and song acknowledgements should I use for my Streaming activity?

When uploading / posting your streamed service online, we suggest using the following format and post in the description area of your uploaded / streamed service:

Used with Permission through our CCLI Copyright License Number 123456 and Streaming License Number 12345678.

When streaming a Song, include the song title, writer credit(s) and copyright notice in substantially the following form within the description of the posted service:

Although our Streaming and Streaming Plus License™ Terms of Agreements do give you the permission to stream the music applicable to each license, it does not override those of the streaming platforms that you may want to use, and does not prevent takedown notices on some platforms.
