We record our sermons for our website. If one includes a video or audio clip do we need to cut this bit out?

Permission will be required to webcast any recording that includes copyrighted material. CCLI's Streaming License™ or the WORSHIPcast License from Christian Copyright Solutions (CCS) permi you to play authorized songs. The Church Video License® does not cover video clips in a streamed or uploaded service. Therefore, to include a video or other copyrighted work, you should seek permission from the copyright owner. You should also ask permission from any speakers or performers before you webcast their contributions. If you cannot obtain the required permissions you should cut that section from the stream or recording.
