How do we report?

Depending on the license, reporting can be done in two ways, automatically or manually.

Auto-reporting can be enabled by connecting participating worship, planning, or presentation software to CCLI’s Reporting tool. Your setlists and service plans will then be reported automatically provided you input each CCLI song number, or pull your lyrics in from SongSelect. Once set up, auto-reporting is continuous, though we recommend you check your Reporting account occasionally to ensure auto-reporting is working correctly.

For manual reporting, you’ll find all the information you need to get started at ccli.com/reporting. If you don't have the Access Code to link your CCLI Profile to your church account, please ask your account Administrator or contact CCLI with your account number to hand.
