A song we reproduced doesn't come up in the search results. Why can't I find it?

There are a number of reasons for this. It's possible that the song is appearing in the search results, but its official title is different to the one you know. An example would be 'Psalm 23' which is commonly known as 'The Lord's My Shepherd'. In this case, check the song information (i) for the songs marked as POPULAR to determine if your song is one of them. Or, it may be that your search returns a high number of results, and the song you want is lost among them. In this case, try searching for the song title and the author. If all else fails it is possible the song you are searching for is not authorized by CCLI. If in doubt, contact CCLI for assistance.
