I’ve made a mistake in my reporting, can I go back and change it?
Yes, you can amend your report at any time during your assigned reporting period.
To edit or delete any songs you have already entered into your Church Copyright License® report, here are those steps:
Go to History (which you can find in the menu on the left, you may need to click on the 3 hashmarks for the menu to appear), it will open up the songs you've last reported.
Click on the little arrow on the left side of the song that you're wanting to fix and it will open up to show what was reported.
Click on the 3 little ellipsis dots (up and down) on the right side of the reporting line.
It will open up a dropdown where you can EDIT or DELETE:
If you select Edit, a box will open where you can make the edit and click on SAVE when you've made your change:
If you select Delete, a box will open where you can confirm it is the song that you want to delete, and click on DELETE to remove the song completely from your report:
