Can we use a song on a video that we are making?

If the video will to be publicly available you will need to contact the Performance Rights Organization (ASCAP, BMI, or SESAC) that represents the song(s) you wish to use. If your video will only be shown within the confines of your services, you would not require any permission. If you stream or post a recording of that service online, The CCLI Streaming Plus License™ would permit you to use authorized audio song recordings and tracks within announcement videos or notices.
