How can I use CCLI Lyric Videos When I Have no Internet at the Church?

If a church needs to present lyric videos but does not have internet access on site, here are two recommended options:

Option 1:   Use a Mobile Hotspot

-Have them use a mobile device (phone or tablet) with hotspot capability.

-Connect the presentation device to that hotspot.

-This will allow SongSelect lyric videos to load and play normally as if on Wi-Fi.

Option 2:   Preload on a Laptop at Home

-At home (or anywhere with internet), open SongSelect on their laptop.

-Choose songs for their Lyric Video set list.

-Click Present to go into full screen presentation mode (make sure this fully loads).

PLEASE NOTE:

• Do not minimize the presentation window.
• Do not close the laptop.
• Doing either will clear the cache and remove access to the lyric videos.
• While still in presentation mode, transport the laptop to the church.
• Plug the laptop into the church’s system and present directly from it — internet is not required at this point.

Key Reminder: The laptop must remain in full screen presentation mode from the moment they leave home until they are ready to present at the church.
