How can I use CCLI Lyric Videos in WorshipTools Presenter?

Start on your Presenter Screen:

Click on a create new Item

Select SongSelect > Web Page

Open up SongSelect on a NEW tab, log in if not already, and select your setlist. 

Copy the website URL into the Presenter Web Page URL field, and click on SAVE

To confirm the URL has been copied for the service, you'll see a second SongSelect listing on the left menu:

This is what it will look like in Presenter BEFORE you start your service:

Before your present your set list, you will want to click the Main Display to ON

When you turn the Main Display to ON, your display should be all BLACK, before the presentation starts

Once you are ready to start your worship service setlist, you will want to click on the SongSelect in the left hand menu to prepare for the presentation:

When you are ready to go, click on PRESENT and this will start your slides

HELPFUL HINTS:

When you first save the link in Presenter it will look like present you with a pop up about the web browser.

Simply click on I understand OR ‘x’ out of the pop-up.  This is due to SongSelect not recognizing Presenter as a typical browser.  But, there is no concern and the pop up can simply be ignored.

This screen will let you know that your set list is ready to present, when you're ready

IF you don't see your setlist, it should show you the SongSelect HOME page.

This means you need to sign back into your profile through the SongSelect website, not the Presenter application
