ProPresenter and CCLI Lyric Videos

ProPresenter

***You will need an additional piece of software called NDI Scan Converter for iOS and NDI Tools for Windows***

Here are some instructions for a Windows operating system:

This example is using a windows gaming Dell laptop with Windows 11 and an additional Acer PM1 Series monitor (PM161Q)

We have ProPresenter currently on the Acer monitor and downloaded NDI Tools for Windows. The video and technical support

tells you to download NDI Scan Converter, but this is a IOS app so when you are looking for the windows version is is

NDI Tools. 

On Tools it has the Screen Capture which is the function we are working on getting open in the background.  Open CCLI

Lyric Videos on the laptop and open NDI Screen Capture. 

         NOTE:  We did have an issue initially with getting Screen Capture to open each

time on start up, but once we were able to get it to open on start, it has continued to do so.

We were asked to provide a DxDiag for our computer and advised to update the NVIDIA GPU software which we did and it caused

ProPresenter to freeze up for some unknown reason. We eventually stepped back to the previous software edition and the issue

was resolved. However we advise you do make sure your graphic software and any other computer updates are current.

Open ProPresenter and the website (Lyric Videos) on their appropriate devices.

Make a new presentation on ProPresenter (Menu bar, File, New Presentation) and insert a web object. 

Go into ProPresenter settings and inputs. Add a new input (ours is input 2 but you can name it what you want) and open device in the lower section of inputs.

Find your device that is running on screen capture.  It is the ProPresenter Device name for our location which can be

found in the account information on ProPresenter. 

Select the device. You should see the page open in LiveStream screen on ProPresenter.

On Lyric Video click on Present and the picture should go to the setlist and whole screen. Play it as you would a video in ProPresenter.

In our playlist, we will add a website presentation in the place for music or a video and when you click on the website presentation it will open the site you are screen capturing.
