We would like to make a CD of live performances to sell as a way of fundraising for the church. What license would we require?

A good place to start would be a company called Music Services. You may also need to contact the Performance Rights Organization (ASCAP®, BMI ®or SESAC®) that represents the song(s) you want to use.
