What permissions do we need to show a movie outdoors?

The Church Video License® permits you to show movies at your church’s facility for the ministries of your church. If a movie is shown outside the actual church building but on the church’s grounds, the screen has to be positioned so it is not viewable by others off your property. 

CVLI Policy for Outdoor Exhibitions:

• The outdoor exhibition is held on the facility property, i.e. no off-site facilities.
• The outdoor exhibition is not visible from the street or any adjacent property.
• The outdoor exhibition audience is limited to members of the facility or church and their guests. It is not open to the general public or non-members.
