Why won't my ScreenVue® Vault Access Key work?
The usual reason your Access Key won't work is that something is missing from the sign-in protocol.
- Enter any Email address(s) you want associated with your CVLI account.
- Enter the Access Key (exactly) as found in your Invoice letter and Certificate.
- Tick a few boxes and you’re in!
If you have done all this and still have a problem, please contact ScreenVue Support and we'll dig in further.
Unfortunately, access to ScreenVue is not available in Canada.
