Why is SongSelect® so slow to download into my Presentation Software?

Currently, our servers experience high-volume traffic on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. We are aware of the issue that the traffic can cause challenges in the lyrics not downloading into some third-party software programs.  We are working to resolve this issue. 

In the meantime, you may find it helpful to download the lyric sheet directly from SongSelect® as a PDF or copy and paste it into your projection software program.

We also suggest importing songs on a separate day and creating a saved "bundle" to your desktop or computer that can be readily uploaded to your program.
